What programming language should I learn to someone who have no experience?

I want to make flash game, but should I start with another language?

    Just to get a visual feel for programming, and a good introduction to object-oriented programming, I highly recommend MIT's scratch language. It's fun to play with and visually appealing. It's also free. Don't let the somewhat childish look of it deter you... it's teaches fundamentals of computer programming that will be important to learn for other more conventional languages such as Java.
