    You have got to be kidding me. I live in the north and am surrounded by some of the dumbest people in the world. I moved up here from Houston, leaving one of the most literate, cultured cities in the U.S. For Houston, added to this equation is more common sense than up north. Don't believe the stereotypes you hear.
