What can I put in water to help my fresh-cut flowers last longer?

    Alittle (like a capful) of bleach to keep bacteria out of the water, and a little lemon-lime soda so the sugar can feed the flowers.

    • That's the same thing I've always heard, moondawgie. I don't keep cut flowers so I don't know that it works, but that's what I've always heard on home & garden shows.
