What does SKUTL mean in real estate listings?

It's a description for an attic. Because it is not considered to be living space it doesn't necessarily increase the value of the home. It stands for Scuttle Attic. Basically the layout and make of the attic area. I believe it has to do with the pull down stairs but don't quote me on that, it's been awhile since I shopped for houses.
