Is Obama in any danger of assasination?

    You know, the more I read this question, the more it bothers me and I feel compelled to answer it again.

    If this question was asked about Bush, during his reign, there would have been violent accusations of terrorism, you would have been called a traitor, and it is likely that you would have had a visit by the Secret Service. You could even have had a midnight plane ride to a former eastern Soviet country.

    How is it now o.k. to speculate about presidential assassination? I can't help but think that such an act would be applauded by a significant number of right wingers.
