You're reading My roommate broke my laptop and denies it. I have 2 witnesses who heard me tell her to stop touching it 5+ times, her admission that she ignored this, and 3 expert opinions that her actions were the cause. Best way to make her pay for the replacement?

Thanks! Ill try to see if anyone can do anything before a lawsuit. I mostly just want to bluff the lawsuit and intimidate her into paying before going so far as to go to court.
