Why was there no leap year in 1900?

    1990 wasn't a leap year. the leap years are "....84', 88', 92', 96', 00', 04', 08', etc...."

    • I don't know why you received a bad rating, I get that from time to time for no reason too....
      However, I do think you mis-read the question though... it was why no leap year in 1900, not 1990...
