First, make sure you state in your auction that you accept PayPal. Since you mentioned you already have a PayPal account, you will discover that PayPal will automatically add a link to your auctions that the winning bidder can click to go directly to PayPal. PayPal is very good at saving you a lot of work in this regard.

When the winning bidder pays through PayPal, PayPal holds that money until you draw it out, much like an escrow service. You withdraw you money one of three ways: by direct deposit to your bank account, by credit card, or atm card.

Only direct deposit is free of charge, but takes 3 days. This is done directly on your account page of the PayPal web site.

Credit or ATM card can be done instantly, but you are charged a one dollar fee. You must apply for a PayPal card before you can access your account this way.
