    The best way is for the woman to be on bottom with a pillow under her butt to keep it elevated. When my husband and I tried for our two sons we used that position and I stayed there after he was done for about five minutes or so, just to give the little swimmers a better chance. That would probably be your best bet. Also, can you tell when you ovulate? A woman only has a window of about 24 hours that she can get pregnant once she ovulates. If you can feel when you do it, have sex right then or within a few hours. Worked like a charm with my last son when I found that info.
