Is it possible to reduce myopia by doing eye exercises?

    a good way to stabilize it (meaning it stays where it is) but not reduce it is by wearing contact lenses to correct your vision instead of glasses.

    • Glasses do not repair your vision. They simply put a band-aid over the condition.

    • Further more, they deteriorate vision through atrophy of eye muscles (ie. from the time we put on visin aid, we stop using some eye muscles, altogether).
