You're reading My laptop has a webcam but I've never used one. How do I use it? Does someone have to also have one to see me, or can they just get some sort of download for it to work?

Well, I guess you can use it so someone can see you without them having to use one also. I still haven't bothered playing around with it at all. Maybe one day!
