Help answer this question below.
Sit down in a chair have the child stand in front of you and in a calm voice tell them what they have done to earn the spanking their about to get. Have them talk down their pants to their bare bottom and lay them across your lap. Put your right hand on their bottom, block their right arm with your left arm and tell them if they bring their feet up to block your spanks you will stop the spanking and start over again. Now it's time to start the spanking by asking the child "are you ready" (you right hand is still on their bare bottom) they may tell you no the first time. Wait ten or fifteen seconds and ask them again, if them tell you no again, tell them you are going to start their spanking and give them twelve good spanks on their bare bottom. Their bottom is going to get red and sting. This is what you’re looking for and you'll know if it was done correctly if their red bare bottom goes back to its normal color within two hours.

Never works on Supernanny(TV show). THe "Naughty (spot/chair/etc.) Technique" always works there. Spanking has been outlawed since the good ol' days. Watch the next episode, and guaranteed you'll see a condition of the usage of this technique. It's on every night at 7:00PM on the Style Network(extended basic-cable TV, Satellite, extended-digital CABLE!-any other one's I'm forgetting?)
