Help answer this question below.

I have a chain link fence w/ a busy street behind it, I'm trying to find a cheap way to cover the fence (flowers, hedge, trees, bamboo, etc.). Any suggestions?

    I found some old bamboo rollup shades that i cut to size sideways and ran it inside the fende after spaying them dark green....has been up over a year and still looks good and gives some privacy.
