I'd be more than happy with a relaxed atmosphere, clean sheets, and instructions to help myself to the coffee in the morning.

When I have guests, I leave a basket in the washroom with travel-size shampoos, toothpaste, new toothbrushes, deodorant, baby powder... anything they might have inadvertently left behind.
