Why does the sun appear bigger at sunrise

    The sun at sunrise is actually much closer to the earth than at, say, noon. Same with the moon when it appears bigger- its much much closer and can actually fall on the earth. Really.The sun on the other hand produces enuff heat to keep it floating just above the sky, so no worries about it landing on you.
