If I am receiving Social Security Disability benefits and have no taxable income, can I have my daughter (who lives with me) claim the interest and taxes paid on my mortgage?

    Is daughter paying any/some/all of the interest/taxes on the house? If she's paying 50%, then she can have 50% of the interest/taxes. If she's not paying any of it, then NO she's not entitled to the deductions!
