Help answer this question below.

Women: Do you wear your bra at night when you go to bed? My sister and I both do and our mother says it is weird. Is it weird?

    I don't wear one when I go to bed. I'm lucky if I wear one all day...if I'm at home then forget about it. The only time I did wear one to sleep was when I was pregnant--I had a maternity sports bra. I can definitely understand that it is more comfortable to do so if you have a bigger cup size. I got up to a 38D when I was pregnant and there was no way I was letting those bad boys just toss around at night! I have heard however that it is good for you to wear one at night...just can't remember where I heard it. Whatever makes you comfortable!
