I use the "e-Mule" peer-to-peer protocol (similar to bit-torrent). I personally use "e-Donkey" as my client and go to "www.ftireloaded.net" for all my TV show needs.
I'm able to download all those nasty Cable network shows that are unavailable here in Canada, as well as catch all the episodes of my favourite UK and Oz TV.
And when I forget to set the Tivo for SNL or miss that special David Letterman... FTI is there for me.
My wife says I'm addicted but... Ooooh... a new Doctor Who! Just a sec...
