Our third child came when I was 41. It was a shock, I was scared, I felt old, and I was really nervous.
Our third child is the most precious thing in our life.
Here is a true story:
My hubby and I were sitting on the park bench. We were openly discussing the likelyhood of birth defects and the high risk of having a baby with a genetic defect.
An older man approached us and warmly stated how his grandson, who has downs syndrome, was the joy of his life. He only spent 2 minute with us, but it is as if he was an angel...
Don't worry. You will be fine.
