When calling a business, do you prefer speaking with a person or automated prompts or do you not care?

    Everything has become so impersonal these days, I'm more than surprised when I call someplace and don't get an answering machine or call router. I do prefer to speak with a person, that is if they speak my language and don't have a heavy accent.
