Oh, jeez, my mom used whatever was nearby when I was younger. Spoon, hairbrush, hangar, broken paddle ball paddle, ping pong paddle, etc, etc.
When I was 10-13 or so, the switch. OUCH!
How many minutes of continuous all-out lashing with a belt do you think would be a reasonable punishment for a child who downloaded a game?
