    me! I don't care if it's an American made up holiday. My friends are making mojitos (which are Cuban, right?) and we're totally bastardizing it. I'm going to make salsa and beans and maybe empanadas (Brasilian?). But, then we're going to our local Mexican joint for some live entertainment. It should be fun.
