Help answer this question below.

Does she like me, or not?
when i finally asked to take her out for dinner, she responded and said "you're not allowed to take me, as in pay for me, but i'd absolutely go to dinner." Does she just wanna be friends, or date?

    She likes you well enough to spend at least an hour in a restaurant with you. And she's certainly not going out with you for a free meal.
