Why would a man end a 3-year relationship with a pretty, smart, funny, and educated young woman to be with a jobless, controlling, and unfaithful party girl?

Because he is simply immature, he will one day realize what he did and how bad he messed up when he is fat and bald, and sad and ALONE because she cheated on him. Go find someone worth your time and sit back and enjoy his downfall :)
