When I press against the top of my hip bones, on both sides, it feels like a deep bruise-very sharp pain. More towards my back than front.

You're reading My boyfriend has a bone in the back of his head. You can't see it just feel it. He says he has had it all his life and the doctor says it's normal. Does anybody know what this bone is called and why it's there?

i dont know it almost feels like i have a spine at the top of my head and cant see it, its just from my skull fusing together,
when you are born your skull is in different parts thats why you have to be carefull babys are delicate i dont remember when its supposed to fuse but i think hes normal
