How do Conservatives even have a leg to stand on with regard to the Constitution? Have you ever heard of HABEAS CORPUS? Probably not, neither has GEORGE W. BUSH who chose to violate it by imprisoning american citizens without giving them due process, a lawyer, or a trial!
