yes. lot of research suggests that smell determines whether you are attracted to someone. everyne releases chemical messengers caled pheromones which is smell.
the pheromones suggest the genetic make up of the opposite sex. the more different the genetic make up the more attracted you are to that person
Is there a particular scent that once you smell it, you get all hot and bothered??
