i have the same problem with the hormones. they make me depressed, condoms break, you can necer get enough plan b... so on
but what i use, is spermacides, they come in a film a pill looking thing and a foam .
all of them you put in yourself and they kill sperm,
all but the foam you have to wait 15 minutes before you can have sex.
not the most attractive thing to do, but be creative, he can help, and it can be part of forplay.
besides concoms, it's your only other option
does taking the progestrogen only pill stop your periods even if you have only taken about 10 days worth?

I lost a birth control pill, and did not take one for that day and just continued the day after. Will i get my period early?

can taking the last 2 active birth control pills late cause you to skip a period? i took the last friday and saturday pills on sunday night

You're reading What is the safest method of non-hormonal birth control? i have tried several pills, the patch, and the nuva ring and had horrible physical and emotional reactions to every single one. i CANNOT get pregnant, though. help!!
