Not often,I tend to live in the now as much as I can,the thoughts of the past haunt me enough,I really don't need to rehash those feelings.
Some seem to see little of value/worth in things or other people. Does that mean they find little to value in themselves? Why?

There is something about self-inflicted tragedy that's sadder than uncontrolled tragedy. Drug overdose/earthquake. Preventable/Un. Agree?
