What if i have tried the breathing thing! Ive tried the breath through your nose out your mouth. Beathing and holding for 3 then exhailin!! even the one you are talking about!

You should be breathing in on your right foot, out on your right foot, at a normal jog. Hold your arms above your head for 20 steps if your cramping gets too bad, but you can even breath in on the right, out on the left if you're not getting enough air movement and blood pumping. That's pretty fast breathing for jogging, though.

If you were having an asthma attack, wouldn't you know it? I suppose you could be having atypical asthmatic symptoms... you can do a stress test at your doctor's office. That might be your best bet.
