Question

Help answer this question below.

I get 14 hours of sleep at night, and 1-3 during the day and I'm still very very tired even in the early night (6PM). I sleep on a good mattress, in a good position, and I don't eat right before I sleep, what's wrong? I also sleepwalk a lot for some rsn.

go for walks twice a day, morning and evening. put some fresh air in your lungs. get excited about something. light the fire in your body. run while you are out for a walk. your metabolism is LOW...you need to turn it on and up.
