You should probably go to a sleep clinic. I just spoke to a good friend of mine that had similar problems and she was diagnosed with sleep apnea and asthma. The low amount of oxygen she was getting was not only depriving her of REM sleep, but taxing her heart as well.

You're reading I get 14 hours of sleep at night, and 1-3 during the day and I'm still very very tired even in the early night (6PM). I sleep on a good mattress, in a good position, and I don't eat right before I sleep, what's wrong? I also sleepwalk a lot for some rsn.
