Does anyone know if homebrewing of beer is legal in Philippines? Are there any shops where supplies can be obtained?

Hey, Icy, I tried to have an on-line funeral in Meg's honor to make MT feel better and he got mad and labeled it as spam! I was trying to honor Meg and help him through this time. I didn't mean any harm; he wants me to destroy the ? and I don't know how, what should I do?
