Read books just to make your eyes tired... and then lines by lines you will fall asleep. Besides you are spending your time to study and learn.

Please help. I can never seem to fall asleep, but one there can easily sleep 11-12 hours. The falling asleep is getting worse, to the point where I am only getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night, if I can even fall asleep at all. 2 days in a row of no sleep!!
