Help answer this question below.

Ok, my best friend who i've been in love with for 3 years go drunk an kissed me(i wasnt drinkin). i told him he was drunk he said yes but he loves me and that i mean more to him then i'll ever know , was he just drunk..i waited 4 this kiss 4 3 yrs.

    The alcohol made him brave, when he is sober ask him out, obviously he likes you enough to kiss you and tell you he loves you. Or say, "Now that we got our first kiss out of the way, when are you going to ask me out?" They he will know that you wont say no and he has an opening.
