If your neighbor's tree has a root onto your property are you allowed to inject that root with poison?

    I would talk to your neighbor first but I would say you have a right to do what you want on your own property specially if it's killing your grass or an eye sore. just try and be civil with him and not strike up a fight, he had know idea where the routs would grow
