If your neighbor's tree has a root onto your property are you allowed to inject that root with poison?

    • BEST ANSWER <== why? it actually answers the question (although you have to actually follow the link and read, ugh). Turns out it is illegal to poison the tree even if it is on your property but you can sue your neighbor for any nuisance.
