If you were given money to open up a any kind of restaurant how would yours be different? What kind of food?

    • its a mystery what canadians eat. they get their milk in bags. instead of cartons like us usa folks south of the border. that has to be a great mystery right there. Three bags in one bag...like udders.
      I suppose there are french canadian recipes mixed into the daily fare. probably corn fed beef and fresh water trout are common menu items. lots of salmon.
