I heard that hydrogen cyanide helps erectile dysfunction is this true?

    Um I believe you heard wrong.

    A hydrogen cyanide concentration of 300 mg/m3 in air will kill a human within about 10 minutes. It is estimated that hydrogen cyanide at a concentration of 3500 ppm (about 3200 mg/m3) will kill a human in about 1 minute.

    Such products that Hydrogen Cyanide has been used in is the German Zyklon B, applications are for pesticides, the Nazi's used it in 'showers' to kill undesirables.

    However, strangulation will cause a man to get an erection (thus the reason why it is used in some sexual activities by some)

    Since Hydrogen Cyanide stops cellular respiration, I would imagine that one experiences asphyxiation which can lead to a male getting erect.
