I'm 16 and a senior my fresman year I came home stumbling drunk, my parents called the cops and had them arrest me and take me to detention for a week. Since my parents sent me its not on my record but I definitely got an eye opener. Not only from the guards but the other kids there.

Hopefully it woke you up & you learned from it. I wouldn't have called the cops. My son may have for the ass whooping he would have received, but not me. I hope you learned from it & be smart about it in the future.

Honestly, the stay in detention did a little for my drinking. There were a lot of kids that asked 'what I was in for' and when I told them they said the things that they've done to stumbling drunk people before, not good, hearing their stories. What I learned was that alcohol+5'1+100lbs= hell of a hangover.
