    WHITE BEAR

Pick them up and look after them. Any animals left abandoned to die or unable to fend for itself I would immediately take ownership without consulting the authorities and do what is best for the welfare of the animals.
It is worth remembering that unwanted puppies sometimes end up in vivisection labs as guinea pigs in barbaric experiments. Hence dont tell the authorities.

    • Do you have any evidence for your claim of "barbaric experiments?" Sounds like a PETA tale to me . . . .

Of course I would notify the authorities. But then again, I live in a city with "no-euthenasia" shelters, so I know nothing bad would happen to them.

      +1 anyway :o)

    • Riiiiight .. we have them here to but that does not mean they are not put down. Look into the matter and you will be surprised. Yes, there are barbaric experimenting being done. Research will show you this.

    • Again, I asked for evidence, like a link or a citation. The lack of it proves my point.

    • Wouldn't the lack of evidence neither prove nor disprove a point?

As for evidence, see the following link, which states that 49 states permit the use of some pound animals in research. The cite quoted from is not one of those PETA-type groups which oversensationalize everything animal-related. It is from the Institute for Animal Laboratory Research.

Specifically, pages 64 - 67 discuss the use of pound animals in research.
