I'd go with a strong vacuum cleaner, and get all the dirt and particles out, then take a damp (but not wet) lint-free wash cloth and wipe the table

    • You can also purchase "pipe cleaners" in an adequate size to poke through the holes individually. Most hobby shops or craft stores carry these in various sizes.

    • Depending on the make of the air hockey tables, you want to use a drill. According to Dynamo, use a 1/32 drill to clean the holes. You do not want to push foreign objects into the air canals under the playfield with pins, pipe cleaners etc. The drill will cork screw the debris out of the hole in an upward manner. If the 1/32 drill is too big, use the drill size closest to the size of the hole. Make sure your table is on when every you clean the surface. Also never use pledge or armor all, simple rubbing alcohol. There are products made specifically for making playfields slippery without attracting dirt.
