    bidoon , people staying in kuwait without passport and they claim they they was here long ago so our government doesnt know what do do
    1. give them nationality
    2. band them - but to where - since they dont have country .

    bidoon are 100.000 and kuwait is one of the richest ,small country . so think about it ( wickedwillie )
