How can anyone believe in the theory of evolution of the human race? how can you believe we evolved from monkeys? isn't it an insult to GOD?

Dude, you've got to be a moron!
First of all, monkeys?! We didn't evolved from Hominids. Hominds evolved from apes, and apes from monkeys.

Evolution is adaptation to various environment. There's micro-scale and micro-scale evolution. Within generations or over the course of centuries or millennium it's a given. It's Survival, dude.
You saying evolution doesn't exist is like you saying The World is Flat. Please (for the sake of humankind) grow a brain.
