The bottom part of my right eye has been jumping for a few days , what could be the cause of this?

Stress, if it keeps up see a doc

I have a pins and needles, kind of numb feeling in my face that started 3 days ago and goes from my upper lip through my nose, part of my cheek and into my eye. This is only on the right side of my face.

Hottub panel got wet from 3 boys thinking it was a pool and fooled around. Jumping on the plastic inside part smashed pipes all the way down to the bottom of machine. Is it still fixable? also inside part is cracked from jumping.
