Sorry, but I never downrate questions ever. If it's worth answering, it's worth all my points. If it's interesting and I don't answer it, I give out points. If you are looking to be downrated, then you better go find someone else. I didn't read any of the other answers before I wrote mine. Didn't know it was a requirement to answer your questions.
