Why is it an evolutionary advantage for Staphylococci to be salt tolerant? Where do most Staphylococci live as far as an environmental niche

I work in cancer research, and have my degree, masters and PhD in genetics. It is quite clear that you don't understand what you're talking about if you're claiming a single cure for all cancers.
