This continues even after you come off of your crash diet, so that you regain weight even faster. A much better way is to alter your diet by cutting back on sugars, fats and carbohydrates, exercise strenuously at least three times per week for 30 minutes each time, and take weight off more slowly, but in a more effective and longer-lasting way.
