Since I wasn't on the date with you, I have no idea if you screwed up or not. If he didn't act cold, distant, or awkward after the sex was over, then he at least views you in a positive light (this, of course, is no guarantee that he'll call you). You will have to wait and see how he behaves in the next couple of days.
In the future, perhaps you should wait to have sex until you're sure that the other person feels the same way you do.
