If you're asking if you screwed up the chance of a relationship by having sex on basically the first date, I'll say no. I don't think that really has any effect on things.
A guy I used to work with told me once "Yeah, I met this chick once, we went out for drinks, she told me she was only interested in sex, no relationship or anything. I married her."
